1. Intellectual Property & Design Protection

All original jewelry designs, custom pieces, photography, product descriptions, and graphics on dianabostany.com are the exclusive property of Diana Bostany. They are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

• Strictly Prohibited Use: You are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, or using our product photography or descriptions to replicate, modify, or commission duplicate pieces from third-party jewelers or manufacturers.
• Limited Personal Permission: You may view our images and content solely for your personal browsing and purchasing decisions. Saving or sharing our images for commercial gain, manufacturing reference, or design reproduction is an explicit violation of these terms.
• Enforcement: We actively monitor the market for design infringement and unauthorized image distribution. We will pursue full legal remedies for any violations.

2. Shipping & Processing Policy

Order Processing Times

Because our jewelry is handmade, items require production time before they ship:

• In-Stock Merchandise: Processed and packed within 2–3 business days.
• Custom & Personalized Items: Processed and crafted within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• Standard Shipping: Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage for a flat fee of $6.95 for most standard orders.
• Large & Wholesale Orders: For oversized, high-value, or bulk wholesale orders, shipping rates are calculated by total weight. We will contact you directly after checkout with tailored shipping options and exact pricing.
• Transit Liability: Once a package is scanned into the custody of the USPS, transit times are out of our control. We are not liable for postal delays, but we will gladly assist you in tracking down a delayed shipment.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

General Return Window & Terms

We accept returns for a refund under the following strict conditions:

• Timeframe: The item must be received back by us within 14 days (2 weeks) of your original delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be in unworn, pristine condition and returned in their original packaging.
• Restocking Fee: All qualifying refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

No Direct Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, length, or style, please follow the standard return steps for your original item. You can place a new, separate order online for the correct item at any time.

Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of fine jewelry, the following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

• Personalized Items: Any jewelry featuring custom engraving, hand-stamping, custom sizing, or bespoke design elements cannot be resold and is Final Sale.
• Pierced Earrings: Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, all pierced earrings are Final Sale.
• 14K Gold & Rose Gold Filled Chains: These chains are cut and assembled to order and are Final Sale, unless we accidentally shipped the wrong size.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and logistics. We highly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit back to us.
• Our Mistake: If we made an error in order fulfillment (e.g., sent the wrong item or wrong chain size), we will provide a pre-paid return label and cover all shipping costs to send you the correct piece.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us via our Contact Page within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
2. If approved, safely package the item to prevent transit damage and mail it to the provided return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item to verify its unworn condition, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Privacy & Cookies

• Data Collection: We collect personal information (such as your name, email, shipping address, and billing info) only to process your transactions and communicate about your orders. We do not sell or lease your data to third parties.
