Returns are accepted for items in original, unworn, & resalable condition only. You must email us within 7 days of receipt with the reason for your return and to obtain RA# and our “Returns” address. Please pack your item/s carefully **, indicate the RA# on the outside of the package, and ship via an insured, trackable method such as UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation. Refunds will not be given for items lost or damaged in transit. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom orders are not returnable. Packages not received within 14 days of receipt of your order may be subject to a restocking fee; returns sent without prior notification will be rejected.

** Please read: We once received extenders wrapped in paper and shipped in a letter size envelope. We were unable to refund the customer because the items arrived damaged – chains smashed and clasps broken. Please note that if you choose to return your items this way, you may not receive your refund. Neither will we spend money to return damaged items to you.
